Overview
E-commerce Warehouse Managers oversee fast-paced fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, managing high-volume inventory, and optimizing warehouse workflows to meet customer delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- 1Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from receiving to dispatch
- 2Optimize picking, packing, and shipping processes for speed and accuracy
- 3Implement and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiency
- 4Monitor order accuracy rates and on-time shipment performance
- 5Manage returns processing and reverse logistics operations
- 6Coordinate with courier partners for collection and delivery
- 7Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff across shifts
- 8Implement peak season strategies for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holidays
- 9Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes
- 10Ensure workplace safety and ergonomic best practices
- 11Analyze fulfillment data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- 12Manage warehouse budget and labor costs
Requirements
Education
National Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
3-5 years e-commerce or high-volume warehouse management
